The situation
Research is more than a single search query. Information has to be collected, put into context and prepared for its purpose.

Support research and information preparation, and use AI to create sales and marketing material.
My role
Developing and using AI agents for research and information preparation, including AI support for sales and marketing material.

The agents, built with n8n, are used in production for research and information preparation. For AI processing, I first connected the OpenAI API and later switched to the Mistral API.
Research turns into orientation.
Checked step by step.
Example flow. Research takes more than a search query. This simplified flow shows three perspectives: collecting facts, putting them in context and checking the evidence. The result is a structured basis for expert review – including for sales and marketing material. The project uses n8n with API access: first OpenAI, later Mistral.
The question, scope and desired output are defined. A clear task determines which information is relevant and when the research is sufficient.
This system is in production use. The diagram shows the system principle in simplified form; steps and branches are examples, and internal configurations and data are not published.

Research findings are prepared for information and sales material. The work example below shows how a concise briefing supports expert review and reuse.

Quality control & limits
Review questions for the example flow: Are the sources relevant and traceable? Is important information missing? Can conclusions be told apart from verified facts?
